New PDF Exports with White Labeling

Visit the organization tab under settings to add your logo.

One of the feature requests we've received most frequently is white labeled PDF reports... so we just added a new PDF export with white label functionality. Clients can choose which sections they include in the report, and logos can be uploaded on the "Organization" tab of the admin section.

The PDF export looks exactly like the interface, so the filters you apply in the UI will flow through to the report. We're planning to add custom colors soon too. Let us know what you think!

Updated API Documentation

Pull real-time data into PowerBI, Salesforce or Excel

For national multifamily owners and operators, a product with a nice UI is great... but pulling data into existing workflows is even better. Most of our largest customers use HelloData's interface, but they also use our APIs to pull data into PowerBI, Salesforce and their data warehouses.

New Features: SSO, Invites & Bulk Uploads

Portfolio-wide rollouts, without the hassle.

With our new SSO integration capabilities, HelloData can now offer access for everyone in an organization without having to invite users individually. For companies that have rolled out with us nationally, we offer unlimited licenses, reports and API access for anyone who shares your company domain.

Admins can easily invite their external partners and control report access too, making it easy to share reports between owners and property managers.

We also added a new bulk import tool, so clients can upload their entire portfolio and comps for each property in one fell swoop. Check out the new "Bulk Import" option in the upper right corner of the dashboard to try it out:

Onboarding seems to take a while for most PropTech products. With SSO and bulk uploads, HelloData's entire onboarding process only takes a few minutes. Just add users, bulk upload your properties, and you're good to go.
