Analysis: Avg Concession Amount as % of Asking Rent

We analyzed millions of listings from 50 of the largest U.S. cities between 6/17/2023 and 4/18/2024 to show which markets offered the largest concession amounts as a percentage of asking rents. The data includes properties with 50 or more units that have offered at least one concession over the past 10 months.
