Monthly Market Activity

Quickly view leasing activity by week, month or quarter

HelloData's Weekly Market Activity panel now lets you group by week, month or quarter, and includes a toggle to show both leasing volume and % of annual leasing activity in each period.

Customers had been asking us to display data over different periods, and recently we had a few requests to display the % of annual leasing volume each month to better illustrate seasonality. So we decided to cover them both in one update.

The graphs still show the count of each unit type leased in the period, but now when you switch the display option to "Annual Percent", there's a percentage figure for each bar showing the percent of annual leasing volume it represents.
