JLL GPT™ is a generative AI model developed by JLL Technologies (JLLT), the technology division of JLL, specifically for the commercial real estate (CRE) industry. Launched in August 2023, it is the first large language model tailored for CRE, designed to enhance business processes and deliver faster, smarter insights to clients.

Unlike general AI tools, JLL GPT is trained on both JLL's extensive proprietary data and external CRE sources, ensuring high accuracy and relevance in its outputs. This specialization allows it to transform tasks such as space utilization analysis into dynamic conversations, expedite workplace planning strategies, and provide comprehensive portfolio optimization insights.

Initially, JLL GPT was deployed internally to over 103,000 JLL employees worldwide, empowering them to leverage AI within a secure computing environment that complies with robust privacy and security standards. The company plans to offer custom solutions based on this model to clients in the future.
