Jessica Fitak

Jess is Senior Director of Operations at HelloData, a role she moved into in 2026 after two years as Head of Customer Success. Since joining in early 2024 she has built the operational processes that let a lean team support fast growth, led cross-functional work across customer success, product, engineering, sales and operations, and removed the dependencies and bottlenecks that slow a growing company down. Before HelloData she was a Customer Success Manager at Fortress PropTech, spent three years at Walker & Dunlop as Customer Success Manager and then Manager of Customer Success, and began her career in customer success at Hireology in Chicago.
