Hello Data was founded by a passionate team of data scientists and engineers with proven real estate domain expertise to help PropTech companies build data driven products. We’ve built real estate data pipelines, predictive algorithms and workflow automation technology for startups, publicly traded companies, and everything in between. Our suite of APIs helps real estate professionals and software providers extract data from real estate documents and websites, bolster it with supplemental sources, and use it for prediction and workflow automation.

Nicolas Lassaux
(Nico)
Co-Founder
Nico is one of the co-founders of Hello Data. He started his Data Science career as the second employee at Enodo, where he built mathematical models to better understand the drivers of Real Estate. After Enodo was acquired, he became the Vice President of Data Science at Walker & Dunlop, one of the nation's largest multifamily lenders company.Nico has made it his mission to solve the problem of lacking clean and structured real estate data. With his experience as a Data Scientist, he has been working to remediate this issue and is excited to see what new problems can be tackled with this new data.
Timothy Gamble
(Tim)
Co-Founder
Tim is one of the co-founders of Hello Data. Tim served as the first employee at Enodo, where he developed software to integrate disparate datasets for data science purposes. His work at Enodo led to its acquisition by Walker & Dunlop, where he later served as the Vice President of Data Engineering.With extensive experience in real estate data analysis and a deep understanding of the challenges of finding and leveraging data for optimal business outcomes, Tim is passionate about using data and AI to help companies succeed.
Marc Rutzen
(Marc)

Marc Rutzen serves as co-founder and CEO of Hello Data. Marc spent the first half of his career in real estate development, brokerage and consulting before launching Enodo — a predictive analytics startup that utilized machine learning to automate the real estate investment underwriting process.After Walker & Dunlop (NYSE: WD) acquired Enodo in 2019, he led the company’s data science, product, and customer success departments as SVP of Information Technology before being promoted to Chief Product Officer. As part of W&D’s investment in Fortress Property Management Software, Marc also worked as Chief Information Officer with Fortress to help accelerate their inbound marketing and machine learning initiatives. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and is a licensed Managing Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.Outside of work, Marc likes to run, read, and spend time with his three (with a 4th on the way!) children.
