Comp Grid: A Side - by - Side View of the Most Important KPIs

Quickly compare rents and leasing trends across your comp set

When we first launched HelloData, we designed our comps tables in a "north-south" configuration to allow an unlimited number of comps to be displayed. But since many people are used to an "east-west" configuration in their market surveys, we just added a view for that too.

On the new "Overview" tab, clients can now see data on each property in a side-by-side view. You can even customize your view by adding new data points with the "Building Rows" and "Unit Rows" dropdowns in the upper right corner of the table, and easily sort by any variable by clicking the row label on the left.

We also made most of the figures in the new table clickable, so if you click a number, you can see the underlying unit-level data in a popup. This should make it easier to understand exactly what went into each figure without having to navigate to other areas of the platform.
