Creating Regional Reports

With Regional Reports, you can access analytics for all properties in a market and save reports to track trends over time. In a few clicks, you can surface average rents, absorption rates, and rent trends across a market or sub-market. Regional Reports is a game changer for tracking market performance over time and identifying strong investment opportunities. 

Here’s how to create magic:

• From the Regional Reports screen, click “New Report”
• Enter a city, msa, neighborhood, zip code or draw the market on the map
• Apply any filters desired 
• Click “Generate”
