Where can I see the different fees & amenities for a property?
We capture this information within the Property Report so you can easily see at a glance what you’re offering compared to the market.
Within this section of your Property Report, you can find the following:
- Fees
- Concessions (Specials)
- Amenity & Finish Comparisons
- Amenity List by Building & Unit
Once you’ve clicked into the Property Report itself, click on the “Fees & Amenities” tab from the navigation bar at the top of the page.
Here you’ll see three different reports to compare how your property stacks up against others in your area.
The first report you’ll see is the Fees. Within the table, you can see all of the Fees associated to a set of properties at one glance.
The second report you’ll see is Concessions. Find out what the competition is offering without having to go to each individual property website.
The last set of reports you’ll find on this page are the Finishes & Amenities.
Finishes will provide you with a high level overview of the quality of the amenities on a scale of 1-10. Our proprietary algorithm takes into consideration over 200 sources to assign a rating, based on text within websites as well as pictures. (Find out more about our data sources here.)
Scrolling down a bit more, you’ll see a listing of amenities, broken out by both the property itself and the units. If there’s a check next to the amenities, that means the feature is included.
The HelloData system will automatically default to a set of most common amenities. Use the Amenities dropdown menu to add more to your reporting!
