Who is Scott Chisholm?

Scott Chisholm joined Greystone in 2019, bringing extensive experience in commercial real estate finance. As the Head of Commercial and Business Development for Greystone's lending platform, he focuses on expanding the firm’s capital solutions in various sectors, including industrial, office, retail, and hospitality, alongside the multifamily and healthcare sectors.

Before his role at Greystone, Chisholm was a Senior Managing Director at Ackman Ziff, specializing in commercial real estate debt and equity. His career also includes leadership roles in commercial mortgage businesses at major financial institutions such as Redwood Trust, Prudential, and J.P. Morgan (Chase). Chisholm holds a B.A. from Trinity College and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and he has served on the Board of Governors of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREF-C) and the Urban Development Mixed Use Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI)​
