Expense Benchmarks API‍

HelloData normalized operating data from tens of thousands of multifamily properties (5+ units), and after imputing data for missing line items, our expense benchmarks API predicts operating expenses based on expense comps that are similar in terms of year built, number of units, Gross Potential Rent (GPR) per unit, and Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). The data is all mapped to the CREFC chart of accounts, and is updated every 6 months.
