General Access Permissions on Property Reports

When sharing a property report under General Access, the default setting is Restricted, which means the report remains private unless it is shared with specific email addresses.

You can also choose to share the report with all members of their organization. If this option is selected, the report will be available to all team members.

With Public access, anyone with the link to the report would have access.
