Historical Rent Trends

Compare historical performance to your closest comps

We've been collecting rent, availability and concessions data since June 2023 at this point, and we make all of that data available in the HelloData interface.

On the Historical Trends Graph, you can see how your property's asking and effective rents have changed relative to the median of your selected comps. The data will respond to the global filters at the top of each report, so if you want to view trends for specific unit types or over a longer timeframe, it's easy to do.

If you click the chart, it will show every unit that was on the market during the timeframe you select. The global filters will apply to this unit-level data as well, and you can download the raw data by clicking "Download" at the top of the chart.
