Per Unit or Per Bed Pricing Functionality

View student housing deals on an apples-to-apples basis

With the leasing season for student housing ramping up, we've been working on functionality to better support student housing. One improvement we added recently is a toggle between per unit and per bed pricing.

If you open the "Properties" filter in the global filters bar, there is now a toggle to display pricing on a per unit or a per bed basis. When you click the toggle for a property, it will instantly multiply the pricing for every unit displayed for that property by the unit's bed count throughout the interface. We think this will help normalize pricing between student and conventional multifamily, making market analysis a lot easier for our student housing users.
