Locating Existing Property Reports

One of the many perks of HelloData is that access to a created report is shared across your team or organization to ensure any changes made will be visible to all team members who have access to that report. There is no need to create multiple versions for the same property.

When searching for a property by name or address, you can easily see if there is an existing report for the selected property and who the owner is as they will be listed below the search results.

Hover over the initials or photo to see the full name of the owner. If an existing report already exists, you should contact the owner and request for the report to be shared with you.
