See which properties are affordable and identify affordable comps

HelloData now tracks and labels affordable housing, and we use affordability as a parameter in our rent comp identification model too.

By linking our property records to properties in the public HUD affordable housing database and picking up indications of affordability from unit amenities and floorplan names (e.g. 60% AMI, income restricted, etc.), we were able to categorize tens of thousands of properties as affordable.

We're including the new label as a filter in our new Query Composer too, so people can easily filter datasets to include only affordable, senior, student, etc. properties.
