Concessions Showing On Report But Not On Property Website
Is your property showing a special/concession on your property report but you are not seeing one listed on your property website or ILSs? There two reasons that may be:
- You removed the special/concession today. Our system takes up to 24 hours to detect new information. If you removed the special/concession from your website today, we will reflect that change with tomorrow's updates.
- It is possible that the special/concession is “hidden” on your website. This means that instead of removing the special from the code entirely, it was “hidden” meaning that it still exists in the code on the back end of the website, but it is no longer visible on the front end to prospects visiting your website. Since our technology reads the code, it is imperative it is removed entirely from the website in order for our system to pick up the change.
