HelloData's Weekly Market Activity Graph

Which units leased this week? And at what prices?

The "Weekly Market Activity" graph shows how many units were listed and how many listings were removed from the market (leased) each week across your selected comp set.

If you click the bars in the chart, you can see which specific units were listed and which were leased each week, as well as the last price we observed for each.

Through the clock icon next to any rent figure in the table, you can also view the entire price history for each specific unit. And of course all of this data is downloadable as well.
