Build a custom dataset and schedule it for weekly or monthly delivery

Everyone needs data to run their businesses, but it can be tough to get detailed and accurate information at scale. One of the main reasons we launched HelloData in the first place was to provide an alternative to many of the expensive, low-quality data sources on the market today.

With our new Query Composer, you can easily build the exact dataset you need. Just pick the variables to include, filter by the specific markets and property types you want, and schedule a report to receive updates every quarter, month, or week via CSV. The reports you generate will include monthly or weekly updates on average rents, occupancy levels, and more, going back to June 2023. This lets you analyze trends over time across any markets you want to track.

We believe this will be a valuable alternative to existing data platforms because it provides detailed floorplan and unit-level trends, offers multiple methods of aggregation, and is completely self-serve within the interface.
