What Information is Pulled into HelloData's System?

What Information is Pulled into HelloData's System (concessions, occupancy, rates, specials, etc.)?

We collect all of the above except for occupancy. Instead of occupancy we do Leased % and Exposure %, because those are figures we can deduce from publicly available data. HelloData does not collect any non-public information to power its interface or predictive algorithms.
